I'm with you on this my man. It just feels like a normal act like making out or cuddling. Sure it's fun and enjoyable but it doesn't create any extra emotional attachment. I will still like the girl as much as i did before it.

this is false, it does create stronger emotional bonds

dont expect it to suddenly make you fall into an everlasting love, but it does have a measurable effect

Just dropping by because at the moment I have no one else to talk to. So the chick that I met on OKcupid is pretty cool. We were supposed to have our second date last Friday but unfortunately something came up. I have yet to try and schedule another date, I'm just debating on when to try and talk to her again. I feel like texting her tonight would make it seem like I'm too desperate, but waiting too long will seem like I'm not interested. The only reason why I'm worried about the latter is because I waited 2 days to schedule the second date which I felt was just the right amount of time but she thought I wasn't going to talk to her again because it had been 2 days. I figure it's either today or tomorrow.

I'm genuinely interested in this chick, I'm not like falling head over heels for her but I really want to spend more time with her.

In other news I decided to deactivate my OKcupid profile for a bit just because I figured that if this chick doesn't work out then I'm going to take a break for a bit. It's kind of odd but online dating is a bit overwhelming.
