The way you're looking at it is that she's putting more effort into looking nice for other people but you should see it's because she knows you're not going to be judging her on what she's wearing. You should be happy, you should be more concerned if she won't let you see her without makeup.

I've had the same issue, buy some lube, and make sure she's relaxed and aroused as hell
Aside from lube, just take it slowly as well. Use just the head at first, then the first inch or so, then the first few inches, etc etc, until gradually she's warmed up enough to accommodate your entire length.
Also try different positions. Her on top would allow her to have more control so she could keep it at a pace she's comfortable with.
