My advice would be if you see her, you should still say 'hi', but obviously try and socialise with your other friends as much as possible, and I'm sure they'll understand the situation.
Finding someone else to date wouldn't hurt either.

I've only had one situation where a friend asked if they could date an ex-girlfriend, and they went about it extraordinarily well. When I was going out with her, it didn't really feel right between us, so we went back to being friends. To top this off, I had noticed sparks between these two long before we had gone out.
Despite all of that, he approached me and very politely asked me if I had any objections to them going out.
