At this point I'm not looking at ban history or posts or accounts, this stage is the application process. I will be looking at your account(s) later on in the application process. I will email successful applicants to notify them they have passed the first stage. This will probably be in a few day's time.

It doesn't have to be on the internet. It can be in real life. I am marking you on your thought process and how you dealt with the situation in general. It would probably be better to provide real life examples.
