Having some good self esteem and trust people, but not always fully will make you a lot more likeable. You shouldn't say you can't do something, you should always say "I can do it". But saying "I should do it because I'm best at it" is just disgusting. You should be able to trust your co-worker to do the job you want him to do, or trust your friend when he says he'll pay you back those 20 bucks.

And just chill everyone, even if you don't get to be a moderator everything going to be ok :smile: My best advice is to spell check before submitting and definitely not submit one word answers to the questions. Think of it as a literature test or something. Don't write too much, don't write too little. Best wishes for everyone that participated.
