Why does everyone seem to think it's some sort of lottery? You can't "win" this, you just get chosen as the best candidate for the job, or you don't

I feel like I don't stand a chance because of my join date and post count. I figure the older members will have a better chance. And I only post in topics that are relevant to something I have input on, so there goes a lot of posting. ):

I just think that nobody here should worry, because at the end of the day...there's no point saying to others things with only the intent to impress Hezzy into biasing his decision, because the chances are he isn't going to single-handedly browse through all of these pages (He may, who knows?). My side-point is that if you're not doing it to impress Hezzy, this is a beautiful thread. :smile:

I'd say the reason why everyones being so nice is because of the enjoyment and exciting opportunity sets everyone in a good mood.
