aww come on, you're not gonna beat it when you were so close? I am dissapoint
Thanks, all! :3
This is probably the longest playthrough you've done, right?
Yeah, 24.3 hours of gameplay. The Serious Sam HD playthrough had more videos with 21 parts, but it was only 9 hours of gameplay.
Dawwwww... Ah well, it was really great while it lasted, I'm really looking forward to the next one. Also, do you plan to keep doing the video recording? It really helped the amusement value!
What game do you think you are going to play next?
When the level editor comes out can you do a LP of a few maps made by Facepunchers? Just so you can tell us we're assholes for putting 30 rocket launchers in the same room, stuff like that

Hey hamst3r hows Colorado?
Considering you have to be able to beat it to be able to post it, I doubt that would work out so well.
I never said it would be made impossible.
What game do you think you are going to play next?
Something with a good story. Something that's not evil.
Also, do you plan to keep doing the video recording? It really helped the amusement value!
I think so. I was originally thinking about only using it in horror and rage playthroughs, but I think it might work in all playthroughs as it creates clarity in the commentary. Sarcasm goes over better if you can see how it's being said. So, yeah.
When the level editor comes out can you do a LP of a few maps made by Facepunchers?
Perhaps. ;)
Hey hamst3r hows Colorado?
Super-nice. I'm enjoying it here. Colorado has no idea what traffic is and there's always parking. I haven't done any touristy shit yet nor jumped into any snow.
Considering you have to be able to beat it to be able to post it, I doubt that would work out so well.
You can probably cheat that by making some secret passage only the creator can find maybe?
I never liked to see you get frustrated with the game. I can skip about a quarter of the video because of that. But I do like to watch the meat/egal wave. If you wan't a good story, you should do Assassin's creed or Mass Effect. Both fun and challenging games, but not tough as nails. But in Mass Effect 2...there are...the... Scions.. Oh god....
Something with a good story. Something that's not evil
Oddworld! Oddworld! I was able to finish as a kid, it can't be too evil...Although if you want to finish it 100% I suppose it would be difficult.
I'd say Machinarium? Relaxing, good music and we can help you solve puzzles! :D
Is there a hope for a video of you completing it in the future?

I've already chosen a game. It's not evil because it's... _____________________. Fill in the blank.
If you wan't a good story, you should do Assassin's creed or Mass Effect. Both fun and challenging games, but not tough as nails.
I've played both of the Mass Effect games, they were amazing. ME2 is my #2 2010 GOTY. I tried out Assassin's Creed but didn't really get into it. I got stuck and bored within the first 20 minutes or so - I was supposed to be pick-pocketing someone as part of a tutorial mission and I simply couldn't get it to work. It brought back terrible memories of the Hitman games which taught me to hate stealth as I couldn't even complete their demos. I'm apparently not patient enough. I'll probably try out the AC series again but it'll be a while after that terrible first impression. :P
Oddworld! Oddworld!
The Oddworld games are most certainly in my collection of games to play. Oddysey and Exodus, I think.
I'd say Machinarium? Relaxing, good music and we can help you solve puzzles! :D
Machinarium is awesome and the music is indeed quite good. I played it a while ago.
Is there a hope for a video of you completing it in the future?
Unlikely. Already uninstalled it. I'm ready to play other games now. :3
I was supposed to be pick-pocketing someone as part of a tutorial mission and I simply couldn't get it to work.
Huh? All you had to do was walk behind someone and hold shift.
Unlikely. Already uninstalled it. I'm ready to play other games now. :3
AWW HELL NAW
I've already chosen a game. It's not evil because it's... _____________________.
Good? Beyond Good & Evil?
Huh? All you had to do was walk behind someone and hold shift.
Yeah, I know. It didn't work. I followed the dude around holding shift numerous times. Every time he would turn around. So, I'd wander off for a moment and go back when he was walking away and he'd turn around again. Repeat ad nauseum. I'd trail further back, I'd wait longer, I'd move in faster, I'd stay more behind him. Nothing worked. :P So, fuck that game. I hate stealth just because of shit like that. The Hitman series is the same way - no matter what I do, the alarms go off. I think it was the Hitman 2 demo that had you infiltrating a base - you'd start off just outside it. I'd wait around forever until a guard or something wandered near by, knock 'em out, steal their clothes, hide the body in the bushes then try and walk into the front gates and the alarms would go off. Seriously. Stealth and I don't get along. :D
I'm curious, which part of Colorado are you residing in?
Colorado Springs. A few miles away from the Costco on Barnes and Powers.
Good? Beyond Good & Evil?
Woo! :D
Hamst3r I have tailor-made you a level using all the things you love about Super Meat Boy! Behold: hmm maybe the saw hallway jumping course should go at the END

You deserve NO medal!
Is there any snow around where you live?
Not at the moment. There was bit of snow one day last week but it melted away the next morning.
Where I live, it hasn't snowed for a month, maybe more. Hopefully it'll snow in January, or at least for New Years...
Don't forget the wall of blades that chases you!
And the black mouth things that explode into a bunch of smaller black mouth things.
I say you should play AC again, except play Brotherhood, it doesn't fuck around and it sends you right into the shit
bought this game yesterday. it is pure evil in video game form.
