I love post-zombie outbreak landscapes and they did that really well...cars stopped in the middle of the street, ransacked convenience stores, city skylines with no power...
They should call it "28 Hours Later" instead.
If they're continuing the kid's story, that is.
It's been 3 or more years since 28 weeks later the kid is way older so it can't be 28 hours if they continue his story yo
and I hope they just tie the kids into some new survivors story instead of being the main characters
Sunshine is absolutely not better than 28 Days, it's not even close. Sunshine was just pretty good, and up until the end, when it became awful. Seriously, it was one of the worst endings or "twists" I've ever seen.
28 Days Later is infinitely better and I can't fathom anyone stating that something as overrated and only HALFWAY good as Sunshine is better. Seriously. Yeah the music is great and everything is pretty good up until it turns a 180 degree angle into retardation.
I don't know man.
[sp]No, FIVE crew members[/sp]
was a pretty chilling line.
Probably but not by Danny Boyle.
In an interview a while back, he said hes interested in doing a 28 months eventually. We just gotta be patient I guess, it'll come.
Am I the only one who is annoyed by the fact that everyone calls them zombies? They aren't "zombies" they're infected. But none the less, it is still a great movie.
Yes because clearly everyone will concern over two fucking synonyms in a fucking zombie apocalypse.
Newsflash: NO ONE GIVES A SHIT. THEY BOTH ARE MINDLESS AND ATTACK, AND ZOMBIE IS WHAT ANYONE WHO ISN'T AN ANAL FANBOY FUCK CALLS THEM.
In an interview a while back, he said hes interested in doing a 28 months eventually. We just gotta be patient I guess, it'll come.
It would be nice but I doubt it. He's always moving onto new stuff which I actually think is a good thing, instead of leeching of his previous successes.
I only seen weeks later, is days better?
I only seen weeks later, is days better?
The first is always better.
I watched this movie with my friends. I really liked it. For some reason, they found it silly. They kept blabbering about how the grocery scene ruined the entire movie.
So is there any truth behind 28 Months Later being cancelled? If so, fuck.
28 Day Later was a masterpiece, 28 Weeks Later was still great but bloody depressing.
That picture looks similar to the level where the illusive man sits in Mass Effect 2.
Holy shit I never noticed that!
The frentic cinamentography in this movie is fucking brilliant.

As I said earlier, why would you make a movie 2 and a half years later unless you were going to switch to a different country? They'd just be milking it if they did the UK again.

I remember reading Boyle said if hes going to base it anywhere, it'll be Russia. I personally like the sound of that.
And to those saying its cancelled, a movie that hasnt even began pre production cant be cancelled, because it doesnt exist. As ive said, he wants to do a 'Months Later'. Apart from that, everything else you hear is horse shit. All we have on months is the original director of Days saying he wants to do a Months. Infact he also stated that he would not call it 28 Months Later, so you can stop with the two and a half years.
True enough, Boyle told MTV News, re-iterating what he told us back in September.
Only, seriously people, stop calling it "28 Months Later"!
"I don't think it will be called '28 Months Later,' that's all I can say,"
“I’ve got an idea for it. I didn’t think I would have, because I didn’t want to do the second one. I did do some second unit shooting for them one weekend, just to get myself out of the cutting room. It’s been so long doing this film [Sunshine],” said Boyle. “And I really enjoyed it, doing something trashy like Zombies killing people. That’s basically what I shot all weekend and I was like “˜WOW, this is great! You just come in and kill him! That’s what we’re going to shoot today.”
“It’s to do with Russia actually. It’s to do with that part of the world. NOT FRANCE. The second film hints that it gets to France eventually, and wipes out the French. But this third idea is actually more to do with Russia, but that’s actually all I can say,” said Boyle. “I don’t know whether it will happen.”

They'd surrender to the zombies first.
If you think about it. 28 seconds later would work.
It would show the outbreak just starting with the activists running out the research base and into the city, causing shit to happen.
That is actually a really good idea, someone should send that to who ever it was that made 28 Days later.
I love 28 Days Later, but I think it would've been better as a standalone film
Probably but not by Danny Boyle.
Wrong.
He has something to do with it, and i actually think he is the director , if not hes the producer.
Its 28 something somethings later.
From shit i read about it in various places, that it takes place 28 months after the ending scene of weeks later, basically all of europe has gone into comeplete chaos and shit.
I only seen weeks later, is days better?
Very much so.
