I liked Triangle. I wouldn't say it's so much of a horror as an.. unsettling dispair-inducing extravaganza.
The Human Centipede looks totally fucked up, havent gotten around to watching it tho. The Texas Chainsaw Massacres were all decent. and Teeth was totally fucked.
Eden Lake was a good messed up movie.
Most of my suggestions were already named, I agree wholeheartedly with Irreversible. For messed up, I suggest Autumn (or is it August?) Underground's Mordum. It's a pretty rough movie full of murder, necrophilia, etc.
