Kinda hard for me to pick one favorite. I guess maybe Phil Anselmo (of Pantera, Down, Superjoint Ritual, etc.). Others would be Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden), Ian Astbury (The Cult), Dave Mustaine (Megadeth), Freddie Mercury (Queen), and Ronnie Van Zant (Lynyrd Skynyrd).

Probably Mikael Åkerfeldt. One of the very few that has a metal growl that actually sounds pleasing to the ears. The fact that he can sing with such a great voice as well really makes him a truly amazing vocalist. Aside from that, I really appreciate the classic voices such as those of James Brown, Michael Jackson, Freddie Murcury, Johnny Cash etc
