Watch the whole video. I know you have the attention span of a ferret on speed, but please, just try to muscle your way through it.
I did watch the whole video. I am now working on reading all 1100 of the emails. I haven't found anything in the 10 or so I have read, but this part sparked my interest:
I really wish I could be more positive about the Kyrgyzstan material,
but I swear I pulled every trick out of my sleeve trying to milk
something out of that. It was pretty funny though - I told Malcolm
what you said about my possibly being too Graybill-like in evaluating
the response functions - he laughed and said that's what he thought
at first also. The data's tempting but there's too much variation
even within stands. I don't think it'd be productive to try and juggle
the chronology statistics any more than I already have - they just
are what they are (that does sound Graybillian). I think I'll have
to look for an option where I can let this little story go as it is.
I will have to try and find the matching email that goes with it.
Well, it seams that they faked some data, unless I am taking this wrong:
Remember all the fun we had last year over 1995 global temperatures,
with early release of information (via Oz), "inventing" the December
monthly value, letters to Nature etc etc?
I think we should have a cunning plan about what to do this year,
simply to avoid a lot of wasted time.

What's the point in reading all of the emails when you don't have the slightest idea what it is they're talking about?

How did it say they faked temperatures? They're climatologists saying they had fun evaluating the climate. What's wrong with that?
Who cares about the fucking polar bears?

Don't piss them off or they'll take Sarah Palin hostage and make her force her legions of gun toting rednecks to take over the world.
The real cause is mother nature itself: the temperature raises and lowers over time, it's completely normal.
You sure?
I mean, on what facts do you rely on exactly?
I'm pretty sure humans have something to do with it. Speeding it up, atleast? And not just little.
Oh but I just don't really care. If people want to trash and make this world come to an end before it actually should, then be my guest.
