I think your dad knew it sucked.
All of the leaks I've heard from /tv/ suggest [sp]it will.[/sp]
So you're just going to mention them without posting a link?
Rude.
As darth sidious predicted and told us about in the revenge of the sith.
There is one man, with a dark force powerful enough to raise the dead from their graves.
A man with a deceptive power too complex for our basic understanding of reality.
That man has the power, to resurrect anything.
Once the people know the truth, he will resurrect a whole prequel trilogy once hated and make everyone question their precedence of what life really is.
Who their friends are, what knowledge really means, what opinions matters the most. These dark, soul haunting questions will be engraved in their heads. Once they know the truth.
This man, this...bringer of enlightenment.. Is non other than darth Jar Jar.
Darth Jar Jar ?!?! There is no way... If by a some twisted event in this bizarro universe this is true I'm gonna film myself when I start shouting "I WANT MY MONEY BACK!" and go ape shit in the theater.
I was like 5 years old when Phantom Menace came out. My brother was 9, and so we both really enjoyed it. We had the toy light sabers, and the game of the movie for PC, as well as that pod racing game. I even had a Jar Jar shirt when I was in 1st grade. By the time Clone Wars came out, we were older and were beginning to understand that the movies weren't all that great, but they were still good action if you turned your brain off. The third prequel is now the only one that I still think is a decent movie. Looking back though, I'm glad they were all in my life.
Fuck I'm so scared it will suck
But I am pretty sure it can't be any worse than Phantom Menace

Let's not start this shit it's worse than 9/11 conspiracies
The prequels had so many good ideas and cool visual concepts but the glue holding it all together was shit, absolute garbage
Thanks Lucas for mixing your epoxy wrong
I remember thinking the Naboo starships were utter ass looking when even when I was a kid. They just look so swoopy and dumb. The droids looked pretty cool, and the clone wars ships. But they lost some of the magic when they weren't models but early 2000s CGI

I wasn't a huge fan of the Naboo starfighters but I loved the chrome ships.

i loved the droids and the concept of the clone wars, especially then in battlefront 2
I actually think all the Naboo ships are pretty legit. A lot of pretty cool things came out of the prequels, even if the movies weren't the greatest
I remember seeing and being entertained by the prequels when I was a kid, but looking back I can't remember anything about their plots or anything like that. When I watched the plinkett reviews recently it was like hearing about the movies for the first time.
people should keep these reactions in mind when the new ones come out
most of the people in this video really liked the phantom menace...
going to the new star wars with a cyanide pill secured firmly under my tongue
