Used to have a shit-ton of Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but I never actually learned how to play the game, given I had no friends. I'll have to go digging tomorrow in my garage and see if I can find any.

i never knew how to play yugioh properly but i got a ton of cards, i was too influenced by forbidden memories to play correctly disregard summoning rules except fusion and ritual, only obey simple effect, magic, and trap cards. rest was up to attack and defense numbers

I have a "Box" under my bed. It is full of Beyblades. Damn they were good, I had a few rings too.

Oh man, I too have a box full of Yu-Gi-Oh cards. There's at least 500 there...and only 4 aren't actually fake :v: The ones that aren't fake are an ultimate(?) rare first edition Dark Magician, a Gilasaurus and a Pyramid of Light and Watapon, both of which were given away at movie theaters. I gave away my bag of +100 Hot Wheels cars to a place where they take children from the streets in my town. I used to like Hot Wheels and some similar brand that did profession-related rides, mostly military vehicles (I had a MLRS that I loved to death). I also gave away my action figures, which comprised mostly of robocops and power rangers, I had a white power ranger that one day its thumb broke off and I cried for quite a while. My Lego box is somewhere around, I hope.

I had only one friend who I could play Yu-Gi-Oh with, and he always beat me. This one time I surprised him by putting down a god card I had just bought and he literally started crying and surrendered. We never played again.

Never was much interested in such games. I don't know why. Back when I was 12, we had this fad of Pokemon tazos and cards. It was the thing going back then. Everyone was so worked up over the tazos, they used to have tazo fights to win over tazos and there was exchanging of duplicates, etc. People even went over to the extent, that they threw out the entire full pack of Cheetos [the tazos came free with them], only taking out the tazo, in essence, buying that tazo.
