Pokemon cards came out when I was in the 6th grade. That was a long time ago. I remember there was a magazine that listed the price for each individual card. I was fortunate enough to be able to get several of the boxes and individual packs, so I had a ton of duplicates. All the kids at my school who weren't able to buy them when they were with their parents paid me for my duplicates, based on the magazine prices. I came home with over $300 one day, and my mom nearly shat two bricks.
Out of all the card games that we collected and played, these are the only ones I still have:

The Yu Yu Hakusho cards were never wildly popular, but out of all the card games we played, I found this one to be the most enjoyable.
I still have my Star Wars VHS but it's in french version.
I think we still have a TV-taped VHS of Ridley Scott's Legend around the house. Yes, recording things off the telly using video tapes was a pretty big thing back in the 90's, at least in our house. Hell we probably still have Doctor Who Night (a string of Doctor Who episodes and documentary shows hosted by Tom Baker in 1999, culminating in a showing of the 1996 movie) and a few tapes following that Universe program.
Magnetic tape, so very 90's.
The legal ones tend to range from 7 to 20 dollars each.
The illegal ones are promo cards released earlier than the legal ones but I'm not sure how much they go for.
Ah yea
GBI egyptian god cards are like 30 a piece
Whereas the newer ones are much cheaper

Nice Mouse, is that a Razer Naga Molten?

I wish I knew what happened to my Yugioh cards, I had to buy new ones when I wanted to play with friends again a few years ago. I also had a game boy micro with metroid fusion and it was my favourite thing ever and I have no idea what happened to it.
I found a yu-gi-oh card that I nabbed from one of my childhood best friends, later found that he died in a car crash..
I will always treasure that card, it was a Blue Eyes White Dragon :'(

Everyone loves the boobpad. I dont remember were it came from, but I started using it as a joke when I had roommates. Ended up being the most comfortable mousepad ever. Lol

Yup, sure is. You can't see it in the picture, but I replaced the blue LEDs in the G15 keyboard with red LEDs to match the mouse.

what's the serial number on it?
most of them are worth a few dollars but the DDS version is easily 70 -150 depending on condition
I lost a lot of my old stuff when I moved, but what I still do have from when I was younger is a box with one of my favorite GI Joe, with an entire arsenal of weapons and landmines

Man I used to have every Bionicle there was, they're all long gone now though

Holy shit, I want my GI Joes back now
I got back into yugioh a few years ago, I'm more into it now than I was as a kid. I've got a WIP sams deck, WIP chaos dragons, and a couple other deck cores laying around. Most of the cards I had as a kid were useless, the game is so much better now.
I've got pretty much all my bionicle/lego shit too, but I'm probably going to get rid of that stuff (except for maybe the rahkshi because they were the fucking best).

I feel like selling a bunch of my stuff and buying 2-3 rare cards just so I can feel cool :v:
had my eye on the first edition Dark Magician Girl
Oh wow I was digging some more and I found 2 Wow TCG Raid decks
Onyxias Lair and Naxxramas :D
Holy shit that's weird. I put all my YuGiOh cards in my Heely's box too when I was a kid, but I've lost them. :*(

I have a Japanese Obelisk lying somewhere around here. It's in shit condition. I forget how I even got it. But I've had it for the longest time
I had a box full of PS1 and SNES stuff and Pokemon cards but it got lost when I moved 11 years ago :c
Those pics look classic. I recalled my childhood.

I used to make fun of the titty mouse pads. The one I had came with a DVD set from Suncoast when they were still in business here. I never used it, and then happened upon it a few years later and decided to pull it out as a joke. Ended up being the most comfortable mouse pad I had ever used. I still use it to this day. No shame here.
I took a picture of the box under my bed. just full of GBA game boxes. note, the DS game boxes and R-Type is not mine. most if not all of these games came out after my "childhood" (if it's considering something like 10). still though, lots of nostalgia there. the Squirtle keychain did have a metal bit on it, but it fell off, has a diode that flashes whenever it's shaken. the Japanese games shown is Densetsu no Stafi 2&3, MOTHER 1+2 (value pack apparently), Rhythm Tengoku and Magical Vacation. acquired them during my mid teens.

May take a picture of countless gameboy games, and maybe a YGO card collection. definitely have to take a picture of the Stafi feelies though sometime but don't expect much, they're just stickers. probably wait for some interest first.
EDIT: I Recall getting the Squirtle Keyring from having a TB jab or something. just throwing it out there.
Gameboy games now!
