Nah man, gently beat 2 eggs and drop them into the ramen right before it finishes. They kind of solidify and make long eggy protein strands throughout the ramen, it's delicious
EDIT: :ohdear: I missed my thousandth post...
I like 4x4's the most, double doubles aren't filling enough. I wish they didn't limit it to 4x4 though, I'd like to get 8x8's and stuff
They actually did that recently, because a bunch of people in Vegas ordered a 100x100. After that, they had to limit it because they couldn't guarantee In N' Out quality anymore.
Or if you wanna be a true lazy college student, just get a rice cooker. Easiest thing ever to use, all you gotta do besides prepare it is make sure it doesn't boil over like it always fucking does stupid shitty cooker...
I meant to say rice cooker. I'm living off of that thing.

:psyduck: That's my exact one, except in red! You never have that boil over on you? It does it every time for me, what am I doing wrong?
:psyduck: That's my exact one, except in red! You never have that boil over on you? It does it every time for me, what am I doing wrong?
I've never had it boil over. There should be some markings on the side where you're supposed to stop pouring water in. I believe the ratio is supposed to be two cups of water to one cup of rice.
I know, I pour the cup of rice in and fill it up to the 1 cup line, but it still usually bubbles/foams over on me. Maybe i'm using some weird rice, it does come out sticky...
You using short or long grain rice?
Uh, long grain I think. Last time I made rice I made jasmine, so whatever that is. Though I don't think it normally comes out sticky, might have just been the fragrant rice. The only real prob is it bubbling over, rice comes out fine besides.
Wait, bubbling over? Does water actually spill out of the cooker?
Wait, bubbling over? Does water actually spill out of the cooker?
Kind of, it bubbles and froths up and out of the little steam hole, and leaves a bit of a water crust around the hole. Never had it actually pour out though. I usually lift the lid slightly and it cuts down.
That's actually the norm. :v: I thought water was bubbling out of the pot you use to cook and onto the actual little appliance itself. It's fine, though if you get a little paranoid about it you can cut the amount of water slightly down and it should stop bubbling out of the steam hole.
Oh, lol, nevermind then. I probably will anyways because that's hella annoying, but good to know i'm not :downs: and screwing up rice
EDIT: But back on topic, bechamel sauce is a whore to make, constant stirring to thicken it sucks. The resulting Mornay sauce is delicious, though.
Glad to be of help. :3:
And what does said sauce taste like? I don't believe I've heard or tried it before.
Well, basic bechamel is a milk/cream based sauce thickened with a roux, so it's just bland. It's a mother sauce, something you make other sauces from, not use by itself. Mornay sauce is just bechamel with equal portions Gruyere and Parmesan melted in. Really tasty over pasta.
I just melted cheese on two pieces of toast, and put chicken on that. A sandvich.
The Nifae Melt, I call it.

Sounds tasty. Shoulda made the mac and cheese though, seems like it would be tasty on a sandwich
Hamburgers.
I like chicken kiev best :pseudo:

I live on chicken fillets alone for weeks at a time, chicken is really simple and you can just make up recipes as you go along :buddy:
Just some examples of what ive made in the last few days:
Chicken fajitas with nothing but sauce and chicken.
The double-chicken, thats chicken flavoured noodles with chopped barbeque-style chicken and a random homemade sauce.
Scrambled sweet and sour chicken with rice, i chop the chicken up in extremely small pieces and fry them in sweet and sour sauce, then put the chicken and the rice in a container and shake like crazy.
i guess if the furries have a food thread, why can't we...
Conch fritters.
If you are wondering what a conch is, you listen to the 'sea' through their shells. I ate these every night for nearly a week before i found out what they were. They were beautiful, the tastiest food i had ever eaten, then while at the beach someone pointed to a large shell and said "Oh look a conch".
If they didn't taste so good i may have hurled from eating giant sea-snail fritters.
I have a list of some useful FP recipes. Here:

Just PM me or reply to this if you want me to add something to it.
Taco Bell is amazing, the Big Box deal is great.
Also, Chinese buffets
I've not eaten all day, what should I eat?
I've not eaten all day, what should I eat?
Go to a gasstation, and pick up a little thing called a chicken bowl (If they have them where you're from). They are super amazing. And like 2 dollars.
:smug:

Want to show it to me then?
Mexican. Imported. Coke.

It's just coke made with cane sugar. I already get in droves buying Royal Tru Orange from Seafood City.
I can't believe how much i love my salami pizza. Ever since i've gotten my first one i can never eat pizza enough.
Luckily my mom isn't stupid so only rarely i get pizza twice in a week.
