You have an opinion?! PROPESTEROUS! Sounded pretty similar to the original to me, good job.
Can people stop shitting on the music please? Thread shitting is fucking retarded.
"HAY GUIZ IM HARDCORE I LISTEN TO BRING ME TEH HORIZON LMAOO n___n"
go back to 4chan plzkthx
I like how people either like it or completely hate it. Good thing youtube got rid of the rating system..oh noes it's gonna have a bunch of thumbs down now =((((
Yeah I was just messing, I don't know any one who could play Animal as leaders haha, hmmmm have you tried covering Parkway Drive? They have some pretty Cool Leads and stuff and there not insane, I would like to hear one of there songs covered.

I might try and cover Smoke Em If You Got Em within the next month because I have it down pat, but I need to practice my pinch harmonics (I'm really picky..one thing I can't play in the song and I will refuse to cover it until I get it down)
BMTH is pretty bad, try some Parkway like phill said
BMTH is pretty bad, try some Parkway like phill said
I know I know..not a huge fan. Look at my last FM, I feel like I need to redeem myself now http://www.last.fm/user/tylerherod
Its good that you make sure everything is pitch perfect before you cover! Haha Maybe after Parkway you can cover some August Burns Red. I'm seeing them tomorrow can't wait!

I just got back from seeing Go Radio, Enter Shikari, Silverstein, August Burns Red, and A Day To Remember. ABR is pretty good stuff, albeit a bit generic. Great live breakdowns.
Yeah Show was pretty fun, I hate how all the fat people in the front create a fat layer you can't get past. A day to Remember did a better job than I thought!
If there's no groove, it's not music.
IMHO Guitar cover threads should be on the same level as School Threads.
Because a demonstration of skill and talent is equal to a faggot going on about how his day went. :fuckoff:
I was just listening to some Jimi Hendrix, and then i found this shit. Sorry man but everything just pales in comparison to the greatest guitarist on 3 tons of weed and cocaine. AND he played with his FUCKING teeth.
I'm a metalhead myself, and I fucking hate this shit. Always hitting the same god damned cord and a lot of 0's. Core makes me want to vomit.
ear raeppppp
I do agree that there are more talented bands, but I mean its a matter of opinion if you like it or not. Personally I hate vocals for metal-core and or just plain metal but the composure of the song and intruments and talent pulls me threw.

I mean stuff like Converge is apparently metalcore, but sounds completely different to stuff like this.
The guy sounds like he is chocking and the drummer is just playing random shit as fast as he can.
The guy sounds like he is chocking and the drummer is just playing random shit as fast as he can.
BMTH is pretty generic and simple, but it isn't random shit.
Meh, I find the band to be absolutely dreadful and the guitar is pretty inaudible because of the lyrics.
Meh, I find the band to be absolutely dreadful and the guitar is pretty inaudible because of the lyrics.
You're that deaf? Impressive. Every instrument is very audible, besides bass, seeing as bass is pretty much inaudible in most generic hardcore music.
I'm a fan of bands like Misery Signals, Architects, and Parkway Drive, but when I first heard this song I could NOT get into it. It took me about 5-7 listens before I realized I liked it. I dunno what genre it would be though, I mean it doesn't sound like your traditional "metalcore". But I realize BMTH is pretty simple and generic..that's one reason I covered them, easier to play in one take. I'll pick a much better band next time.
Awesome song, and you did a good cover. :D Seeing them in September, woo!

Like this isn't really metalcore. At least not in my opinion.
You think thats bad, my brother fucking loves this band and never shuts up about them, drives me fucking insane
Saw them live in town a couple months ago, the whole band is basically a laptop
You gotta have pretty deep pockets if you detuned that guitar to B flat using standard strings. Make sure you retune that or know how to properly calibrate that guitar or else you'll be playing with a neck bent all the way back at you, and god help you put that truss rod back into place. I recommend you begin with things that aren't on really low tunings, include at least a couple interesting lines so it doesn't seem you're doing a riff through the whole song, and, gee, maybe get a version without a vocal track.
