Well despite us being down a community manager, you can always go to a moderator for any suggestions or questions about the community or things of a similar nature. If the suggestion is decent enough or you have a good idea, we might bring it up to the other mods and try and come to a decision on it.
At any rate, I'm always open if anyone has any suggestions or anything like that. As long as they're not overly terrible.

It's a non-issue anyway, but I have to go on record as saying that I couldn't do what Hezzy did. In his six years of dedicated service he helped to grow this forum into the 20,000-active-member powerhouse that it is today. That'd be a tough act to follow, man.

Still, the decisions on what is done have to go through Garry and more often than not, he ignores them and does as he pleases. I'm sure he has reasons for doing it but the people here aren't simple, we know ourselves better than he does and know what should work.

I have a question about the forums: Do PMs work? I got nothing in my sent messages section and it tells me I can't access the "track messages" section.

While this may be true, if said suggestion has enough weight behind it and a good amount of positive things that would result from it, it may be considered more heavily. While Garry does have the final say, it's the moderators who can add rules and things of the like, since we're usually the ones who take care of that stuff.
It depends on the suggestion though. So bring anything up to a single moderator and they may be able to decide if it's good enough to bring up to the other moderators.

When sending a PM, there is a check-box at the bottom to save a copy to your sent messages. It is off by default.

You need to enable "keep sent messages" in your profile options.
And I don't think tracking messages works, afaik. Or at least not when I've tried to use it.
