turb_ didn't just copy it, he had a sophisticated mirror site that scraped the DOM of GMF threads and parsed the post data before caching it in RAM. turb_'s a fucking amazing coder.

Optimising the approach to the storage however may have resulted in complexity at O(n) tiered levels, incurring a performance decrease over time with the multiplexed cached storage across multiple coaxial storage arrays, at the bare minimum allowing for a 5% increase in fluctuation on single-tiered processors without the performance penalties imposed by such an architectural change
