In a final note, someone remember to keep asking why there are admins deleting posts and not replying back when asked for an explanation. It's a Super Moderator position on a forum. It's not a job interview, they're not getting any special benefit or pay. What's the problem here? I have two Super Moderators within yelling distance that I can rely on to actually moderate the forums properly and on a regular basis rather than people I don't know. In case you haven't noticed, nearly all of the Super Moderators and Section Moderators at the moment have been friends with Mods before they became one themselves. It's no different, apart from the fact I can interact with them better.
