Maurice, Jsharpe, Bean-O, BDA, Linelor, mm3guy were the RUs, probably one or two I'm missing.
Jsharpe was given it for being alive (he's got a pretty fucked up medical history)
Bean-O for doing a bunch of gun threads, RU'd as a test subject pretty much back when they wanted an alternative for GMs (i still think they should've stuck with it)
Linelor for pretending to be in the army
BDA for actually being in it

Mav's tantrum aside, there is some argument to be made here; LA was certainly something that did a lot of good existing. The thread that Maverick made, be it chat or not, was, during its stay in GD, pretty consistently one of the very most active (and that was in the midst of the compwhizii/Benji debate, which made GD as a whole more focused on that). So, that being observed, why delete LA? Had it been moved to the front page like Drugs Discussion did, it could've very possibly been one of the most active portions of FP as a whole, if the behavior of users in regards to Mav's thread was indicative of anything.
