moderating would be defined as doing anything a normal user (or, if you have 2,000+ posts and over 2 years on the forums, a gold member) can't do, i.e. post in the mod forums, ban someone, or delete a post, with the exceptions you have posted.
therefore, if you post in the mod forums from the moment you made that post, you have broken the toxx clause and should be banned.
