Yes, and he was de-modded for exhibiting qualities that a moderator shouldn't. My respect of Benji has recently been diminished to a point where I can't say he is doing any better than he was back when he was de-modded the first time. Bribery is not acceptable, and neither are the new traits that have started to show through recently. I haven't commented on the majority of what has happened over the past few days. I wanted to keep myself from getting involved. This has gone too far, and it needs to stop. This is not intended as sass towards Benji. This is not a personal attack, nor is it an image macro. This is a complaint in regards to his ineptitude for being a moderator, and why he should no longer be in a position of power on this website.
Benji, as a moderator, likes to be in charge. Unfortunately, he appears to be incapable of doing this in a way that [b]doesn't[/b] alienate the people around him. Recently, this has manifested itself as a sort of "my way or the highway," attitude. Recent examples include [url=http://gyazo.com/8cb4e1b8f86b939a830efac35bba3f05.png]locking threads without consulting ANYONE prior to doing so (including yourself),[/url][url=http://gyazo.com/5dd6e4a59ea3341564a57ae8d3257da1.png] banning people in the feedback thread for voicing their discontent with the forums,[/url][url=http://gyazo.com/89ae2369937511d39432db65fffaa6d3.png] and unwarranted bans in general.[/url] Other examples of this behavior:

There are more examples of this behavior that date back earlier, but you wanted examples that took place after Hezzy's de-modding. Benji has acted in such a way that many people believe him to be a [url=http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1064250-It-s-time-for-you-to-go-Benji?goto=newpost]lazy[/url], childish moderator, that tries too hard to be in charge. He acts like he is above all of us, and I'm sick of it. While they may not have done it in a productive way, many people have voiced their discontent with Benji recently, enough that you reinstated the "no mod-sass" rule. [b]Surely[/b] if someone has received that much negative attention in such a short amount of time, these things should be considered? Childish or not, Benji has managed to garner complaints from moderators and regular users alike, and [b]I definitely think something must be done.[/b]

And rilez has basically summed up everything. I used to respect Benji a lot but when he first started openly badmouthing both Pacific and Dragon in the GMF after Hezzy's demodding, despite him asking the mod team to behave more "professionally" (regarding the compwhizii joke threads) several times before, my respect just went downhill from there.
I haven't said much on the whole situation but I'm going to have to side with the majority here.
