While the evidence presented before you may be subjective, a democratic view is beneficial in this situation; sure, Benji is fulfilling his job description, but he's doing it in a way that leaves a trail of bans because of bans and general disdain. Rilez truly hit the nail on the head with his post earlier, and he made points that many of us agree with.

I agree with you here. If we hadn't been dramatic we'd still have those two mods, and perhaps Hezzy too, nobody would have been perma'd for silly things, and we'd all be great.

Maybe he wasn't that bad of a mod in your opinion and that is completely fine. But it is undeniable that him being allowed to moderate is tearing this community apart. As others have said, this should be taken up with the other moderators and you.

To be honest its always been like this. There has been a constant cycle of mods over the year, and to be totally honest I have no problem with this change is good.
But What I don't like is the permabans for little things.

Would you not be willing to look at it if there was a majority opinion on the mod in question by the other mods? ie. Over 50% (or most) of the mods agree that they do not deserve the position? If so, this could be arranged.

I never said we had to like it or not question it, all I'm saying is that all these posts involving drama aren't really going to make a difference. The only way we could try to make a difference is if we get some decent points across that he accepts as decent and truthful points. At the moment is he disagreeing with most of these points.

All these changes were very unnecessary.
It doesn't matter whether you understand it or not, Garry. An objective resolution must be found quickly, as this is quickly escalating into something that could end horribly.
