Compromised moderators need an admin to intervene, and if I'm the first available to do something like that then I would think it would be in everyones best interest to allow me to go ahead and take care of it. And I mean compromised like Pr3dator.
Spam is just a rudimentary thing that benefits everyone and doesn't hurt anything.
