no drinking age, no buying age. Fuck yeah.
21 in America, but it's not like it will stop people from getting 21 year olds to buy it for them.
no drinking age, no buying age. Fuck yeah.
Sounds awesome and fucked up at the same time.
once when a was little my parents were having guests over late and i went downstairs and there was this container with juice so i took a glass but when i drank it it tasted all weird i think there was alcohol in it so i ran outside and spit it out in the flowerbed but i could still taste it so i think some of it got in my throat am i going to go to jail?
I drink four years before 21. I am..CRIMINAL SCUM.
Woah what a badass, drinking at 17? Why, thats just unheard of!
It's easier to get any kind of drug (weed/shrooms are super easy) than to purchase alcohol where I live in America for underage.
It's easier to get any kind of drug (weed/shrooms are super easy) than to purchase alcohol where I live in America for underage.
Its normally like that everywhere because dealers dont care how old you are. Although It would be so funny to be a dealer and ask for ID :v:
18, but most people start around 13-15.
16 in the Swiss, but supermarkets don't sell until 18. So we go to this Taiwanese guy who tries to rip us off by putting 1 Franc extra on the prices EVEN THOUGH THE FUCKING PRICE SAYS IT'S LOWER. He's a pretty nice guy.
Drinking at the age of 17? Holy fuck. I am reporting you, that's just fucked up.
Started at 16. I'm here what you gunna do
Started at 16. I'm here what you gunna do
The guy was being sarcastic. What the fuck is with people trying to grow their epeen saying when they started drinking as if its cool how young they were, noone gives a shit.
18 though people here are pretty lax about it tbh
18 In Alberta and a few other provinces, 19 in Mine. Although in BC Underage drinking is legal if under parental supervision. My dad bought a 5 litre keg of Heineken and let me have a glass. Tasted like piss.
18 here in the UK but many places have a policy where if you do not look over the age or 21 (or sometimes 25!) then you must provide ID to prove you are 18 or above. I'm happy though as it keep the idiot kids out of pubs and clubs, most of them anyway.
Here in the U.S If you look under 40 you are carded. Drinking age is 21 (as said before in the thread already).
18 here, but its pretty relaxed I'm 16 and I can probably go to my local pub and buy a pint but I mean, that's because its the local pub... Buying it is pretty easy, most of the time shop attendants don't even ask your age if you "look" 17-18. [editline]5th September 2011[/editline] That's near me anyway, other UK'ers might experience it differently.
I think a bullet can cause a bit more damage to your brain than alcohol, yet you can still go to war at age 18.
True, however I wasn't comparing alcohol and war.
In Denmark you can buy and drink alcohol legally at the age of 16... you can only buy alcohol under 16,5 % when you are 16... when you are 18 you can buy as much as you want :)

I love that I don't even have ID on me most the time yet I still get served with no questions asked. Back in England I would not get served without it and I am 22! Unfortunately the shops near my family home all demand ID if you look under 25.
21. I don't really care. I don't plan on drinking that often when I'm old enough. I hear alcoholic drinks taste like shit.
Wait, how old are you? You've never had not even a sip of beer? Since the age of 8 I was having a glass of champagne every christmas. But on topic, 18 is the legal purchasing age.
18. Stupid thread. Did the OP expect anything other than 21 and 18?
In Norway you can buy and drink when you're 18. But if you want more than 22% you'll have to wait until you're 20 :)
18 to purchase but for me, I've been drinking since I was 12
What's a "drinking age"?
Wait, how old are you? You've never had not even a sip of beer? Since the age of 8 I was having a glass of champagne every christmas. 19 and I full agree, I'm drunk a bit too much now that I can just get it whenever. Mind you I'm drunk right now can't even stand.
18 here in Scotland, but I'm going on holiday to Florida next year where the drinking age is 21. Safe to say I'm raging.
18.
18.

18 here in Scotland, but I'm going on holiday to Florida next year where the drinking age is 21. I'm sure if you look old enough and have a thick Scots accent you will be sound man.
When 16-20 year olds in the US go out, do they go to the bar/club and just drink coke etc.? Or does everyone just drink alcohol illegally.
