Well, time to see how many people up and leave over the thirty second process of making a new account.

I've been bitching and whining about changes to the forum for a decade, and I've survived. Ya'll need to give it a try before going "ok well I'm going to go bye". Honestly, layout-wise, it looks better than the current forums, I just haven't bothered being on there because I mostly post in GD, SH & H&S.

What's going to happen to the existing threads at newpunch when all the old threads are transferred over? Will the newer ones on the same topic just be deleted?

Personally I would've waited until the new forums were feature complete before dumping everybody into the deep end, but I guess we're going with the early-access model.

Did auto close threads after certain amount of posts exist in the new forums? If not are people allowed to change the thread titles of moved threads?

Can we get a syntax list for the new markdown or whatever we're using in the new forums? I don't even know how to thumb images in the new system.

Sections disappear one by one at every refresh. It's like witnessing a ship slowly going through a multi-dimensional portal or something. See you guys on the other side :dance:
