Newpunch is new and gross send help. Can we keep oldpunch around for us senior citizens who refuse to adopt new technology like flip phones instead of smartphones?

each of the threads have to go through a conversion process to convert the bbcode to the new wysiwyg system, and they have to be done in creation order to maintain the order of the database. otherwise the database will be all cocked up and the thread redirects will break. there's no other choice but to trickle them in.

Surely having the whole populace of facepunch moving over to newpunch would help resolve that for the most part. Give it a few days after the migration for people to settle down and it should be back to usual business.

Are you sure you're trying with the right service? I was having a similar issue because I thought for sure I went through Twitter but it turns out I went through another service. Try the others and see if it comes through.

If you request the desktop version of the site it looks a lot better. Still a little fucked up but at least it's browsable.

So how are the oldpunch archived threads going to be accessed now since the links have changed? I can't find the archive of a thread anymore as the thread link has changed.

I am sure it was Twitter that I used, I even checked the account and it's there with a date:
