My only real complaint so far are the thread icons. It'd be better if the threads icons were actually related to the subforum itself, such as a Playstation or Nintendo logo for threads in Generals Games instead of a crying emoji.

Not sure if moving the forums right now was a good idea. There's still fuck ton of quirks to fix, features missing, new features to improve and at the moment, the forum is literally cut in half.
Gotta say, seeing as this is the first time I've really taken a look at newpunch, it's nowhere near as bad as people made it out to be. Once we exterminate the shitposts it'll be fine, will just take some getting used to.

Little did GCSE me know I'd be barely passing a Computer Science degree in just 4 years time.

you'll get enough coins to get almost to 80x80 just by migrating. coin gain happens fairly quickly

It sounds stupid but that's how he'll get those fixed quicker, both from getting more reports and the pressure of actually having users that have problems.
I know that at my job we mostly ignore broken features if they've not yet been released or are just in QA :v:

the background feature isn't too bad, i'd appreciate just a regular large avatar (or some other gold member bonus tbh where's the special treatment) but i'm already seeing people do some rad things with the fading avatar backgrounds. you can functionally replicate your originally avatar size with that anyway.

I spent all my coins and only made it to 79x69
Current gold avatars are 80x160. I think if you've been here a certain length of time, there should be perks. Especially if you're an active user all those years like you and I have been.
