For those of you heading back to school/college/classes tomorrow/this week, what are your feelings a - General

Started my summer project today, gamed to much over summer so I'm burnt out and bored of everything, hate how hard it is to get in the rhythm of working after so long, I Start back at an entirely new build of my college on the 12th going to be sweet cause our studio has glass windows looking into the town :)

Got my schedule. I have but one class with my friends. No lunch together except for the last three years. I have a Yearbook class. What the fuck is that? :v:

Been going to school for 2 weeks already, same shit as always :/

I've been to four different high schools through my "high school career". Going into my fourth year this time in Seattle. I moved midway through my Junior year and attended for half the year. I feel as I've moved, I've become more socially retarded or something. I used to be really awesome at making friends but now I feel like unless they're someone I can really relate to then I'm just wasting effort in talking to them or something. I made "acquaintances" last year but I always felt I had to distance myself as to never be put in a position that I could consider them friends. I've kept my friends from freshmen year the closest as we've known each other for years but I worry that I need them more than they need me. So, I'm hopeful. I hope that my problem last year was just that I moved so much or something else. I have to catch up in credits anyway so hopefully I'll be too busy to care.

A few years ago I'd be depressed because it's starting, but I'm happy now because at least the first few days won't be terrible.

Just moved onto campus today for my freshman year of college, with classes starting on the 5th. I'm at Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, and I know from some other college thread that there are a few FPers here, so I guess that's cool.

My first day of school was pretty chill, gonna be a good year.

All of my teachers so far are great. My physics teacher, who is pretty young, is a huge video game fan, and after the lectures we sometimes talk about gaming.

Started today at a new high school. I don't have any friends now. :saddowns:

Sixth form time, just like usual except now we can hang around in comfy chairs and play music leisurely. Also excited to start some subjects, the only one i'm a bit less stoked for is English and I.T

Into day three of college. Classes are fine, cool professors and all, but I absolutely loathe Tuesdays/Thursdays. Don't get to see any friends due to different schedules and there is way too much time in between classes so for now I've been eating lunch alone in my car. /sad life

Went to freshmen orientation today. Mainly saw jocks and stoners who make you wanna lose your foot in their ass, but I met with my small group of friends. That's good. Better off sitting with the "weird" kids. They're actually pretty cool.

1st of September 1st day of school... For some reason I'm not nervous at all though.

I chill with everyone at my school. It's a small school, they don't give a fuck that I'm ugly or a fatfuck. oh or idiotic. We kick it.

Going into Junior year on Tuesday due to the fact that school has been canceled because to all the tropical storm shit here in Connecticut. Honestly when it gets close I start to look forward to it then suddenly realize that I have to wake up and get ready at 6 AM again. FUCK.

I'm already in my junior year. Have been since the 24th. Chill the fuck out.
