For those of you heading back to school/college/classes tomorrow/this week, what are your feelings a

Somewhat looking forward to it, far more confident than I used to be, so I expect to make a lot of friends.
Only have to do 4 subjects now so I'm not too unhappy about going back.
First day today was a pretty average day. It will take some time to get back into the swing of things. QM will certainly be interesting and hard...
First day of actual college is the 26th for me. I've done college in the high school, so I already have over a year done. (I just graduated high school, but will start college as a sophomore). Just a few more credits this year, and then off to double major in Mathematics-Secondary Education and Film production.
Also, My schedule this quarter is Monday and wednesdays, 11am to 7:45pm, with a 2 hour break starting at 3.
Today was my first day of Senior year (high school) and it's going to be tough, boring, and lonely. Most of my good friends are all in other periods/blocks. Not sure if I should try switching them around cause of that or not.
You guys are lucky you're starting school now. I started school about 5 weeks ago..
You're probably also getting out 5 weeks earlier than us!
First year of College.
Consists of 20 credits. 17 of which are towards my Mechanical Engineering Degree. Can't blame me for not being too excited for classes.
On campus living fck yeah im excited.
I've almost been in school for two weeks now. It's not as hard as I remember. Really, home schooling was actually harder.
It's bittersweet.
It's the end of my first week in college and me and the roommate are bored as fuck. Other then eating, reading, gaming, and doing this it's insanely boring.
Only real stuff around here are parties of a nature not to my liking and attempting the months long task of finding new friends all over again.
Shit is not cash.
I started school yesterday. It's a catholic school, and I haven't been in catholic school since 1st grade.
I forgot that we have mass once a week, and I have a religion class. It's the biggest waste of time. To think that I could spend that time in a science class or mathematics class.
I don't think that you should have to go to these religious classes or mass, even if you are catholic. It should just be a choice that the school offers. I'm not catholic, which makes it even worse.
Are your parents forcing you to go there or something?

I'm enjoying it. Classes aren't hard, but I thank my IB education for that. 3 page term paper? I had those as daily assignments almost. My classes go in this order, on Tuesdays and Thursdays only:
Intro to Psychology
Fundamentals of Computing Lab
2 hours of no class aka homework time (or right now FP time)
Principles of Macroeconomics
Logic Design
Fundamentals of Computing
They're all piss easy. Sans maybe logic design but we all know that electric engineering is significantly more difficult than computer science.
Psych will be a fun fit for CS though - knowing how people tick will allow me to make more efficient GUIs and features. :v:
What are you studying? Your classes are interesting.
Here are mine :v:
Mathematics, Basic Course
Communication in Engineering Sciences
Calculus in One Variable
Introduction to Computer Science
Linear Algebra
Physics: Waves and Particles
Calculus in Several Variable
Programme Integrating Course in Computer Science Engineering
I promised myself to work hard this year, but I totally forget about it when I actually go into school :v:
Classes are good but one of my teachers are bitchin about me :/
Are we posting our classes now?
Calc II Honors (MATH 107h)
Performances of the East (UHON 298h) (Honors Seminar)
Intro to Philosophy (PHIL 101)
Chemistry for Engineers (CHEM 111)
Mechanical Engineering, away!
Going back to school will be boring for me as always. The only class I like is Computer Graphics, but I might join a tech club or something. v:v:v

Starting at college on the 5th, excited but nervous. At least around 4 of my friends are taking the same course as me, should make me feel better.
I don't really care all that much, I mean it's just sc-OH GOD RESEARCH FINALS THIS YEAR FUCK
Just found out that due to the hurricane, I have another day of vacation. Not worth it.

Mass every week? Seriously? I go to a Catholic school and don't have to do any of that, I'm sure you can decline it.
Also RE can be fun if you do decent stuff, we're talking about the Iraq war in ours.

:psyduck: You have an insane schedule.
I've been avoiding this thread like the plague because I don't want to deal with the fact that school starts up in 6 days.
But that can't be helped, since I got my finalized schedule today. Along with this I got a few other papers, one of which was just "Enclosed you will find a schedule and (yada yada yada) and an offer from comcast.
I give that last part my most quizzical look, then rummage around the papers for the comcast ad, sure enough I find it.
It's in spanish.
This is my last weekend of summer. Fuck. :(
What do?
I just had summer school so I could give a shit.
Moving into my dorm at 9 am tomorrow

Oh no, we're talking about the New American Bible, so it's all about Christianity and all of this crap.
Are your parents forcing you to go there or something?
No, but the actual classes are better than the ones at my local public school. So, I guess it's worth it.

I'm doing Computer Science and Engineering seemingly like you are. My IB exempted me from 19 credits worth of classes so I'm not doing English Comp or Calculus right off the bat.
