Not true - Red Skull was already...skully for the ComicCon footage, and Cap goes through 2 costumes in the movie. A corny one when he's doing USO shows shortly after reciveing the serum, then the militarised one for the rest of the flick.

I can't find any sources saying Spider-Man will be in it.
Spider-Man wasn't an original Avenger but he did become a key part of the team.
He was in the New Avengers I think.
Robert Rodriguez was given an early draft of Deadpool some time ago. So he's probably going to take up the Director's helm.
