Gotta say I love the pixelated shine on their suits.

So fabulous! That looks really nice. I can't wait for Friday now, hoping there will be a release of sorts.
friday seems iffy
i mean, it'll be great if something is released, but i wouldn't get my hopes up
i'm looking forward to saturday, they've been premiering new material on SNL

People in the comments are claiming it's just another fake, but this DOES have additional verses by Pharrell, so I don't know who to believe
Then again this could be an edit. It doesn't seem to catch the full groove of the song.

Very controversial, but I think someone who can sing good might have copied his voice just.
Pharrell really complements that song.
Oh dear, new page quote:

Thought to be honest - it sounds too repetitive to be a legit daft punk song. I doubt it's real.
I can see it being a single edit or something, but for what it's worth it's definitely Pharrell singing the new bits
But after more detailed analysis it seems p. fake
my
emotions
Yeah, it doesn't really sound like him past the stuff that's already been released. It doesn't really flow at all.
I think it's a fake.
-snip-
that sounds nothing like pharrell
The file isn't up any more on that website, here's a YouTube link

just downloaded it, still there i think
Definitely a fake, it doesn't sound professionally mixed at all. I'll be disappointed if it's real.
The leak was from Sonic Radio. Here's what they said about it.
This is not the official, final version of the song, but we heard it, and it sounds pretty damn close.
“Get Lucky” will be on Random Access Memories, which is due out May 21st. The official version will be out tomorrow.
But yeah, that sounds actually fake, just listen to the "new" parts and its transition to the parts we have heard, shit sounds a bit off
I just saw this posted on that thread? This sounds a hell of a lot better

The "new" parts sound as if they were made with samples in FL studio, honestly

Can you explain the picture to an uncultured pleb such as myself?
Can you explain the picture to an uncultured pleb such as myself?
I'm not necessarily an audiophile either, but the fact that it's supposedly a "radio edit" that's about four minutes long is suspect, and the fact that it's coming up as most likely a 128kbps rip of some other edit should be the final nail in the coffin. Basically the sound quality is not nearly professional enough, some of the loops don't match up, and it also just doesn't really flow right. To top it off, it's missing the intro that's been used in both the SNL ads and a lot of the collaborator videos

You see how there's like, noticeable box shaped greener segments of the chart? That's because they're on a different volume, pretty much. On the horizontal edge of the track, you can see when this segments start and when they end, and given that those segments are the parts that we've already heard from the teaser, it pretty much means they come from a different recording, because when you record something, you don't change volume that abruptly in the middle of a song.
Just heard that exact version on dutch national radio station 3FM (who played it 3x in a row :v:).
I think this could be the one. DJ said he got some nervous messages from the record label and the station's station manager just tweeted a download link as well. They did say they're unsure if it's the final version but it sure as hell sounds good on the radio. :v:
Is this the real deal? I thought the length was over 6 minutes, but this is just 4?
Wasn't the REAL track actually 6:03 or so in the running time? ninja'd!

Sounds like a dutch guy trying to sing at the start.

It's not unheard of for a radio edit to be shorter.
Radio Edit is 4 minutes.
