You guys seem to think that his brother is some kind of psychotic maniac that run around beating people up. Oh, he tried strangling his little brother when he was like what 11? You do not see the consequences as a child and I bet you've done some kind of felony in your youth, I know I have.
Let him run, he's family and his bond to you goes deeper than to be cut by a couple of things like him using your identity. Let him run, he has a son but tell him to leave you alone in the future or else you will report him.
Would you actually send your brother to jail for giving you a minor nuisance with the law that probably could be easily solved? I know I would not :v:
You don't understand the severity of identity theft obviously, if you don't understand it, don't bother replying, this could seriously fuck the OP's life up if he takes the heat for it. Even minor crimes have a impact on your life when you are applying for jobs.
@Conn92
@Crossed
His brother has committed Felonies.
His brother has committed assaults against Children.
His brother has the mindset that he can get away with these things by shitting on others.
Do you think he's above the law? Of course he should get his ass beat because he's a shit person who doesn't deserve the freedoms that the law abiding citizens have.
A) Fuck him. I tell the police who he is, and the charge should be transferred to its rightful owner. He's lied to me countless times about really important shit, why should I legally endanger myself to save his ass when he was perfectly willing to legally endanger me to save his own? And when I see him today, I lie right in his face, tell him that I did exactly as he said, but that he was so popular with the Gaston County police department that they knew who he was anyway. It's not like it makes a difference overall, he's already on the run from the police, he already has countless charges and is almost guaranteed to go to jail again anyway, why should I care? I definitely won't lose any sleep over it.
B) He's my brother. I'm the good person here. Regardless of his transgressions against me, I tell the police that I really don't know who he is. The charge will be dropped, my name will be clear, and my brother won't receive any more charges than he already has. He's my brother, and despite all of the harm he has caused me, it won't make it any better to cause harm to him. However, giving false information the the authorities isn't something I want to do.
C) Same as A, except I also inform the police of his current whereabouts. This also isn't something I really want to do, because he is currently with his son and I don't want anything bad to happen to my nephew.
Option A: It sounds cruel, but this would be the right choice.
Option C: I would do this over A, but only if they ask you first, because depending on laws you could get arrested possibly for conspiracy.
Option B: No.

That is such bullshit, like the James Bulger murder cases. At that age you know damn well that murder is wrong.
Treat him like you would a stranger, it doesn't sound like you have much brotherly love going on with him, don't get caught up with blood to blood connections.
dont be a cunt and snitch on your family. if you do, i hope bad thing happen to you
Yeah, but this particular part of the family has been a massive cunt back, apparently with few bad things happening to him.
Yeah Pick A, He doesn't deserve your kindness.

Words cannot express the facepalmage.

QUITE THE RECORD YOU HAVE, MY GOOD SIR
You've been banned 3 times for trolling, once for thread shitting, once for mod sass, once for "Being an asshole about it" once for "Can't help? Don't post." had your Soulja Boy thread closed by garry because "I'm fucking sick of all these Soulja Boy threads" and then got banned for re-creating the thread immediatley after it got closed.
Hm.
Interesting.
Go for A. He's coming across as (no offense) a worthless piece of shit, immature as fuck. He's not only fucking you, his own brother, over but also refusing to accept responsibilities for his actions. Now, he has a kid and lives on his own, so he should be old enough to act like a fucking adult and stop being a pussy.

Billiam's right. This man isn't really your brother. He's betrayed your trust several times already, and there's no reason for you to help him this time around. However, I'm not one to judge, and forgiveness is a virtuous quality...but he lied to you about this entire identification fraud thing.
If I were you, I'd go for option A.
I agree, A.
You're not teaching him any lesson if you don't turn him in. I'd do it.
oh snap!
And just what is so 'oh snap' about my post?
you are the good person, help him out and then try to guide him on a good path
you are his brother.
A) That man ceased being your brother when he endangered you legally and put you in a bad moral position.
He does not deserve to walk free.
If he tried to kill you, definitely A.
I'm amazed you're even thinking of giving him a chance.
A. Seriously its for his own good in the end.
Go with C, then adopt his son. Justice over blood.
And just what is so 'oh snap' about my post?
You called him a pussy.
OH SNAP!

I fail to see how this is relevant to anything.
C.
Make sure you know what will happen to your nephew before you go with it. If you don't like it, then go for A.
Also, if you choose B, the charges won't be dropped.
You just have to go to court.
