My mate got a job working on this doing the animation for the visual effects, I got to see a lot of his work and it looks fucking kick ass.

I'll probably go see it, that is if homework and projects do no impede my desires. Compared to most movies of the superhero genre, the first Iron Man has to be among my top five. Not sure why, something about it and Downey, Jr.'s performance make it how better than most [if not all] superhero films (That is since Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2). I am not too thrilled with the whole Avengers film coming up, though. But I'll be patient and see how things go. One thing at a time.

I'm pretty sure the Silver/Red one is supposed to be his Silver Centurion suit, which was built after he got his ass handed to him by Iron Monger. It's, like, ten times more powerful than the regular. Also, I don't like what they did to Whiplash. He was never a major Iron Man villain. I wish they would have gone with Titanium Man or Crimson Dynamo. I'm hyped for the Avengers movie. I mean, how often to they have a coherent, well put together franchise, and then merge it with two other (presumably) good franchises for one (or more) super movies?

Because as far as the trailers go Whiplash gives Justin Hammer the knowledge to build a robotic army of 'Iron Men'. I believe War Machine is also created that way.

The movie's already getting not great reviews. Apparently it's too convoluted with too many villains. Sounds like another super hero movie sequel from a few years back...

looks pretty good. The first one had some bad ass parts.

The first movie was pretty bad ass, and I went in with low expectations. I expect to enjoy this one.
