The Thousand Eyes Restrict, the set number in the bottom right corner under the picture tells you what set it is from, if you Google that number you should get a YGO Wikia link that explains more.

Ah, use the Yugioh Wikia then. Just type in the card name and see what sets it comes in and cross reference that with the card in question
