More people need to listen to G. Love. Has some pretty chill and feel-good songs out there, he's amazing.

I don't really like country, but this one has a ton of country influence. And man is it catchy.

The following is from the band "Death."
I enjoy all the songs from this band, every album is awesome. And the way Chuck Schuldiner evolved with his music is awesome as well.
(Youtube videos lag some people and if you really want to listen you'll click either way.)

thats nice stuff. Ive always wanted to get into this genre, but always been too lazy to get albums and all that.
Anyway, today Flying Lotus' new album "Until The Quiet Comes" was released, and it's super nice. If you don't know him, definetly check it out because he's one of the hottest in LA right now and for the right reasons (finally!)
Entire album as First Listen

Karnivool deserves a lot more recognition. I haven't met anyone here in the states who knows who they are, but I don't get out much so I guess that's a moot point.
Also, that vimeo video playing as soon as the page loaded kind of freaked me out.

Mindthings is new electronic drug for me. It deserves to be famous.

No clue how this guy is so underrated, really solid beats. I'm more into wonky beats but this is still really good

This. Lyrics are pretty badass.
"What's sharper - fear or bullets?
How many faces does death hide?" -
Eight knights of darkness were asking the moss,
while they were grinding the dust.
Those, who are destined to burn from love,
Are impossible to kill with a sword.
Eight knights of darkness were watering
the hungry night with sparkles.
White fog instead of crowns,
Wind locks [as in hair] instead of wings.
Eight knights of darkness
Were drinking the fire while eating the smoke.
Chorus:
Is it easier to betray, than to die?
Is it easier to shoot, than to love?
Pour mounds for hundred years,
And turn grey in a single night...
Lyrics are incredibly fucking hard to translate. I thought it would be easier before I started.
Anything Andy Hull's involved with, honestly. By far one of my favorite musicians.

One of his other monikers, he also went by Geotix for a time. Will Wiesenfeld is easily one of my favorite producers.
there is this crazy Psychedelic rockband called King Khan and the Shrines, There not really that well known but I guess some people might know of this song from Saints Row the Third
