A girl may have interest in me, however all my female friends don't really like her. Now rumors that I have taken her out on a date have creeped their way around the school and it's so weird.

I think the thing is to not 'fall' for the girl before you ask her out, i've made this mistake too many times before and still making the same mistake at the moment even if this girl I like is interested, the fact is let things develop AFTER you ask her out, you won't be too bothered if she rejects you then.

Someone who listens to me, and can change me from the thing I have been for the last 17 years... Also, funny fact, her bf broke up with her to hang out with a 13 or 14 year old girl that flashes her stuff at just about anyone. In short, he left a beautifull, smart and loyal girl that loved him for a 13 y old hoebag that fucks you before you know it happened. Either he is a complete retard, or theres ALOT MORE to it then I know of... Even if she may not have wanted to do certain things with him, just means hes interested in senseless action... And now she seems to be healing her wounds...
