It's Counter-Strike. Half the game is about camping, this isn't a run and gun game, it's a valid tactic.

The only time "camping" (depends on how you define camping) is valid is when you are either guarding the bomb, guarding the hostages, or when you think there is an enemy ahead.
Otherwise, you should be always moving. You shouldn't camp in a single spot for more than 10 seconds, ever. It's just not a good tactic and makes it easier for people kill you.

Additionally you can turn off 3rd party downloads, aka, quake mp3's so you won't hear that or any custom sounds for that matter.
