Honestly it still just feels like porn, and when I say porn I don't mean that in the sense of it's obscene, but in the sense that it's more designed for gratification (in this case, sexual gratification) than for character development or storytelling. Like one of those "sexy [firefighter/bee/airplane]" halloween costumes.
Ryu, if your designing a character, think first about what they do.
For example, a dual swordswoman is gonna be fighting battles with two razor sharp blades, therefore it would be really stupid of her to go out into a battle half naked. Shed probably just end up stabbing herself with them on accident.

Honestly, do you think anybody would support her as a character after finding out your creepy backstory for her. Even if they were able to look past that somehow, it still wouldn't change the fact that overall shes generic as hell.
Shes a generic elf wearing generic slutty mmo fantasy armor. She looks designed for a hentai manga, and yet you want her to be the protagonist in some huge fantasy adventurer.
And just to add to what DinoJesus said. Even if you scrap Selene and start making female characters wearing sensible clothing. Your focusing on Fantasy adventure. I have to say the same thing I say about every single Generic Fantasy game I see on Greenlight.

No, I disagree with DinoJesus. The character is whatever, the fact that it has a creepy history doesn't matter.
What matters is that he doesn't care about a fantasy story, he cares about a fantasy character. He's focusing on one character. He doesn't draw what the people in this fantasy world might look like, where they would live, what they would do. He draws one character.
If the story was good, she could look like a fucking Victoria's secret ad that got lost in a scissor factory. But there is no story. There is no world. There's just a fucking confused elf in fetish clothes.

And all it would take to rectify that fact is to sit down and scribble things onto paper. Lots of different things. They wouldn't even need to look good, they'd just need to exist. But he doesn't do that. He just keeps drawing new fucking fetish cloths.

Well, that kinda depends. If the story requires her to look like that, then yes it's fine. If she looks like that for no good reason, then no, that's extraneous and distracting and hurts the story. If the story is created as an excuse for her to look like that, then it's probably not a good story. In the vast majority of shitty fantasy it's the second one, occasionally the third one.
It's really hard to write a story wherein a woman wears skimpy outfits all the time that DOESN'T seem gratuitous and exploitative, unless it's about a burlesque performer or something.

Yea, there's nothing wrong with fantasy as a genre. If anything, it allows possible the greatest amount of creative license of any of the common genres, which can allow for some really lovely world, character, and storycrafting. The issue with Ryu's fantasy story is that the only thing we know about the world the character comes from is that apparently it hosts unscrupulous elf kings that have harems of elf-girl rapetoys who run around in assless, crotchless chaps for sentimentality's sake.
Selene is a boring character with a generic "hentai rape fantasy" background and nothing unique or interesting about her overall design. The world you've imagined sounds like it was conceived pretty explicitly to explain your character's affection for sexy lingerie adventurewear, and that's a pretty sorry basis for a world.
Your character and world design seems like it was inspired by a fourteen-year-old boy's whack-off fantasy. You're gonna have to kill your baby if you want to spawn something worthwhile, or at least put her in a real environment with some threads and backstory that weren't peeled out of a hentai magazine.
