The reason this works and you should be safe is because:

1. The pictures should be 18+
2. The pedo isn't going to rat you out, simply because what he's doing is far more illegal than you are.
3. You send the pictures when they pay, and as long as you make sure the pictures seem legit, they'll not even know what hit them in the first place to rat you out.
