The packs that you should be using are packs where the whore is 18 or over. That's legal. However, you tell the pedo you're under 18, so technically while they're not dl'ing cp they think they are. That's where the catch is.

I know him, and he didn't. He went on Omegle or something and found a turkish guy who apparently thought he looked like a Russian girl so he got $900.
