Someone earlier said that if you get them to send the money as "money owed", they can't attempt to get it back later with a fraud claim. Is this true?

If they were subpoenaed or something those records would miraculously reappear. But there isn't a pedophile in the world that would report someone to the police or have you sued for fraud.
