this shit's hilarious why do you assholes gotta bring fuckin drama and all that bullshit
Lets be honest my post was inappropriate, after all I should not assume this site is poking fun at vehicles just because DeLorean is a stereotypical car name.
It could very well be, you're profiling their race based upon stereotypes in nomenclature. Therefore you are racially profiling, and therefore racist.
Totally, I'm asian and racist Being a stereotype ftw.
ITT. White middle upperclass males crying racism when black people don't give a shit.
only some random on facepunch would turn a thread about funny quotes into an "ogm racism" clusterfuck.
Facepunch; Anti-Racism Central since 2003.
So many websites are popping up like this I wonder if any of them are legit
Your little white chavvy ghetto doesn't speak for the majority of ghettos in the US. Are you going to accuse every person who brings up the issue of race every time they see racist stereotypes being propagated of being "racist" themselves? Newsflash: the author of the website isn't going to explicitly state that he's making fun of black people, because then he's going to be inevitably called out for his shit. If you look at any racist parody of black people, you'll see that it closely resembles the ones on this website. I'm not the one making general assumptions about blacks. I'm calling the author out on his racist portrayal of what he thinks are representative of inner-city black people. Then again I shouldn't be surprised most people here are oblivious to the racism of the site, considering cognitive dissonance is the norm when it comes to racial matters on Facepunch.
I like the little caveat there at the end that allows you to dismiss any arguement against you as "rascist".
In his defense, he's right. We live in a world so hell bent on trying not to make generalizations and assumptions, it's downright annoying. Alright, let's dissect his website: 1. The title has "ghetto" in it. Ghetto is commonly used to describe low-rent neighborhoods, and African American's (based on survey's of popular areas like Detroit, Philadelphia, New York, etc.) make up close to 70% of low-rent "ghetto" areas. 2. The grammar and spelling used in the posts is heavily implied to be used by African American's, and implying that "urban" areas talk like this in general. This is probably the biggest indicator that these posts are for the most part made up. "Latino" people, in my experience both living and being in "ghetto" otherwise known as "urban" areas, never talk like that saying, "dem, dis, etc." 3. Look at the background images. African American's tend to add "s's" to words. Very rarely, with the exception of elderly people, have I ever heard a white or Latino person add "s's" to the end of things. 4. "N'shit" could EASILY be presumed to be an African American. 5. The only real way it could be from another race, is if the person is a white person trying to act black, otherwise known as a "wigger", which clearly adopts speech patterns from African American people.
Even though I'd disagree with you, at least you put up legible arguments. [editline]13th February 2012[/editline] and not
LALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU
I think I can safely say there's no black people in here that give a shit about this whole "racism" dispute, so please stop acting so melodramatic. This is a good thread. Anyways, [T]http://puu.sh/gPWY[/T] [T]http://puu.sh/gQ4d[/T] [T]http://puu.sh/gQ5E[/T]
oh man my sides best website 2012
This is basically how it went down when I took my 4 black friends on a hiking trip up in North Carolina.
I think I can safely say there's no black people in here that give a shit about this whole "racism" dispute, so please stop acting so melodramatic. This is a good thread.
It's the part where people are trying to say assuming they're black people is wrong. If that's the case, then some of the most widely accepted products on the market are racist. Asian sounding name with an Asian themed typeface? More racist than you think.

Like many salty condiments, soy sauce was probably originally a way to stretch salt, historically an expensive commodity." Your argument is invalid.
"Soy sauce originated in China ~2,800 years ago and its use later spread to East and Southeast Asia. Like many salty condiments, soy sauce was probably originally a way to stretch salt, historically an expensive commodity." Your argument is invalid.
Most soy sauce sold in the United States (like La Choy brand) is indeed made in America. While it's historically recognized as an Asian creation, according to Facepunch logic, isn't it a bit wrong to assume that all soy sauce is Asian? You completely missed my point. It's stupid to assume something is racist because it's a generalization. Again, racism is primarily negative in nature and offensive. I hardly consider saying someone has a "black name" offensive.
Oh jesus christ my sides

ahahahahaha
God. Thank you OP. Now that i've nearly pissed myself, i'm going to go eat dinner.
This site is gold.
Oh boy, good start of the day before you go to school.
No one even said they are black lol
With names like Jamarcus and Patrice?
