A White Ones dirigible and medium-class battleship appears, heading for land.
The captain of the ship worries, the ship took a pounding during the storm that separated the White Ones armada. The forward cargo flooded; the secondary cargo had to have the water pumped out, rendering the laser in the bay useless without the correct parts. Now, the pilot controls have failed.
The captain activates the emergency alarm, but the intercom and radio systems were flooded out, leaving the captain unable to radio the dirigible or the barracks.
He grimaces and grips the control sticks, readying for the rust-weakened tower to twist and collapse when the ship grinds into shore.
Any moment now...
