Heck no, he has to roll through every other territory if he wants to attack unless he's dropship spamming. Everyone else has to, and me and Elf are obeying that rule, so he's no exception (Wanting to battle or not).

I think, when flying, you should be able to skip territories.. Like one per turn, then miss one, or something, to account for the speed. So you effectively travel two per turn. :v:

(Speed build as my base building has been neglected for 2 days)
The Gauss Turret is completed after the Spyder empowers the Obelisk to summon two more Warriors to this planet. The Tomb Spyder below finishes the room and so continues to build a Forbidden Archive, the dread inner sanctum of the Necron Lord. Its specially build repair mechanisms can steadily fix a Lord back to combat readiness in a timely manner (2 IRL Days), and build special equipment and weapons for the Lord (4 Days to 10 Days IRL depending on the complexity of the Wargear). The structure's surface glows with energy as it synchronizes with the Necron Lord.
[I should also mention that those repair bays for Warriors take 12 Hours IRL to repair a Warrior, though up to 5 Warriors can be in them at a time]
