... "It's only three men"
Three men could destroy the world, you know. :v: No, you cannot just drop magical spaceships out of orbit - and if you do I'll be dropping hover-ships into your base with a nice friendly surprise! :v:
Lol, ok thanks guys. I do need a lot of patience don't I? Anyway, Elf where is that quote from "Three men could destroy the world". I swear I have heard it before...
Also Elf I welcome your hover-ships. We would treat the men in them to cake :v:

I'm not sure if my men would welcome your cake, until you've been wiped out, if I can wipe you out, that is.... :v:
Also, I just made it up, or subconsciously recalled it, no idea.

Dun dun dun dun dun dun dun!
Since when did I care about realism? Excuse me? If I didn't bother making a backstory and balancing my army you'd be all over me for powergaming. Every action I've taken has been based off of realism in the sense of Necrons here and now and based off the official backstory behind them. Realistic conversion rates, speedbuilds based on time lapse IRL when I lagged, moving troops realistically, what isn't there for me to get?
Aside from my army, I've been stressing to people for them to apply their actions realistically and putting thought behind their moves in this strategic game. Hell, I even practically revived this thread before it died out because I was so interested in seeing a realistic civilizations based war strategy game.
Don't try and tarnish me because you want to get things done for yourself and not consider others.

Wipe me out *Screams*! But we offered cake...

What? You're delving way too far into this, I want to get to an ally quickly and you insist I barely get half way. Somehow you made an argument out of it, grow up.

Ragamuffin If you want an ally I will ally with you :).
Declare for Yusk.
No metagaming tech! Jeez! :v:

You're the one who needs to grow up, considering you attack my credibility after I make a simple suggestion about how you could improve your realism in transit trying to help you.
Enough of this though, I'm not making this thread a flame war. Back to the game.

I did not attack your credibility at all. I said since when do you care about realism? If you really took it to heart, you are the one who needs to grow up. Don't take things so seriously, it's the fucking internet.

Assuming that is aimed at me, I would make it fair in-game e.g. Broadcasting a radio message or sending a plane out to scout.
My army looks alot more intimidating in picture form. :v:

The trucks have cleared off, and a makeshift airstrip is put into place. A plane quickly lands, whilst the rest of the base is quiet and nothing else has been done.
That's an awful lot of men there, something tells me I'm gonna need ALOT more turrets =/.
I didn't know they were heading towards you visorak! Good luck....

Time to develop some new laser turrets.. Wait, gonna make a lab.
Declare on my territory.
Who said I was attacking you, or anybody for that matter.
(I might decide not to attack, but then again - I might decide I will attack.)

Well bearing in mind the only way into my base is through his, unless you fly, I think it's pretty much settled you will have to at least pass through his territory if attacking me? :v:

Bridges could lead me directly to you through Evil's territory - or I could skip through the blank.
What Elf said, and I figured it's probable that you would go after Elf. Not that I would know ingame, but my base isn't well defended and you have to pass through my land pretty much.

I could somehow traverse down the mountains very carefully.
Well yeah, I just didn't think you'd take the time to do that. It'd be a nice way of doing a sneak attack though.
Yeah, I'm gonna slow down alot more - I realised I'm being a bit OP.

Uh, I spose you could help building the base, we need more help down below than above, but either would be much appreciated. Just tell your men to help my men, my guys know the design.
Mhm, it's fine. I don't mind. Plus, if you're scaling the mountains, they drop on my side... Which means you'd have to some how go down the edge of my map... It's just logical you go through Visorak's base to get here unless flying.
Doesn't matter, anyway. Expanded my map to allow more room for defending/attacking.

Pacifier children are educated by a scientist about the new turret mechanism... (: A forcefield is finally set-up, acting as a particle barrier - stopping any airspace entering from that direction. It can be destroyed if the orb at the bottom is targeted (it's mainly to stop people ninja running into my base... but hey).
The new HQ radio base is also set-up and two of the computers are manned by technicians.
The ships continue falling from the sky and smash into the ground around the base.
The new soldiers and tanks move to their positions, while the two fighters take off and begin patrolling the skies over the city. 5 new troops are trained, the gunship is completed, and an additional gunship and fighter begin to be built (that's enough units for now)
[Time until special unit unlock: 10 turns]
Considering you speedbuilded as fuck and have 20000 men I'm gonna kill you first.
