They're not your pictures to post.
Once you post an image on a public web page everyone gets rights to do as they wish with it assuming it doesn't depict child pornography or anything else illegal
but he posted a picture of himself?
No. You retain intellectual copyright and ownership of the image. Hence why garry got sued $500 for not having a DMCA policy a while back.
Op can't watch porn so he uses facebook.

I never claimed IP or ownership were transferred, but you give people permission to do with the images as you wish if they're posted publicly.

What the fuck, at least i respected their anonymity.
I never claimed IP or ownership were transferred, but you give people permission to do with the images as you wish if they're posted publicly.
Because you retain intellectual property, you retain the right to decide what is and isn't suitable use of your image. Meaning having people fap over it leads to a DMCA.

Actually I just happen to know relatively a lot about legal proceedings on the internet. Useful to know when hosting stuff. Also makes criticising server hosts more fun.
Of course the image owner has the rights to ask someone to take the image down, but it is not illegal to use the image without asking permission.
Of course the image owner has the rights to ask someone to take the image down, but it is not illegal to use the image without asking permission.
Again, incorrect.
Again, incorrect.
Are you going to provide any sources? You kind of have the burden of proof. Your claim is more spectacular.
the images aren't being sold its basically public domain

I do believe someone's picture is information about a user, so you're violating terms.
What the fuck does 'piffest' mean?
Violating Facebook's terms isn't illegal + a picture isn't information
the images aren't being sold its basically public domain
Copyright is retained by the photographer even after uploading it online. It's not within your rights to redistribute copyrighted material.
Violating Facebook's terms isn't illegal + a picture isn't information
Actually, a facebook picture is information in two senses - in the normal sense, and in the sense that it's a digital representation, which in itself is information.
