Is it fashionable to wear band T-shirts?
I like shoes. [img_thumb]http://i52.tinypic.com/72aqae.jpg[/img_thumb] I also have a pair of DC's identical to the red ones, just in white/black.
What are those red shoes? I like them. [editline]1st March 2011[/editline] Oh, they're DC, nevermind
It'd look better if you didn't have such a serious expression.
I had been sitting in mastercuts for an hour before one of the two stylists decided to finish up her customer and see me. I was pissed off.
You guys are such women. Men never cared about what they looked like until the corporations decided that they needed a bigger market (since they already had the women on board of NEEDING to look better) and since about 49% of it was left untapped, they could make men NEED to look better to con them into buying expensive clothing. I mean seriously, you linked fucking H&M on the front page? You spend like what, $80 on a jacket that you can make an "appearance" in for a day, and then it's just a regular old jacket to everyone else. People see you every day, and one massive wardrobe change will only change their minds for so long. You will all look better as you get older, because most of you looking for advice in this thread aren't fully matured and therefore can only look "so good" as it is. Ground your self esteem in yourself, not your "looking-glass self"

So nonconformist!
I'm not sure where you derived that I hate women, but I was pointing out that the creation of the appeal of men's dress is something that has become increasingly popular over the last 30 years due to clothing companies looking to create a larger market.
We're still posting pictures of ourselves, right? Old photo, crap quality. Also, I look less pale when the picture is tinted, and I still remember Jaanus making fun of my extremely pale skin. :saddowns: I'll probably upload a better one tomorrow or something. Any tips? [img_thumb]http://gyazo.com/8e5f56950c45c674252eebd115cb06ec.png[/img_thumb]
why do you have to write a whole long sentence about how shitty the photo is or that you look less pale in sepia. we can all still see the features of your face and hair and will judge on that. we don't need to know that it's old or you're pale unless between now and the time the photo was taken, your face changed dramatically.

Guess what? Change happens. Sorry that the world couldn't remain bleak and brown like I bet you'd have loved.
Reading this thread has made me want to rip my hair out. The fact is there a different styles/fashions/trends depending on what country you come from or what class you are. Higher class people alwasy tend to wear more preppy clothing as it is the normal thing to wear in school/social environment. People who are lower class tend to where more chavy clothing like trackies, but thats fine because its the norm for that class/location. Long hair looks stupid no matter who has it FACT, people with long hair disagree but the fact is everyone else thinks you look stupid.
Colour doesnt really suit me :smith:
I don't see how that can be. Perhaps you don't feel very comfortable in color, but I'm pretty sure it looks just fine on you!

I dont really see what point you are trying to make with the first part of your post... This thread is about fashion advice and what looks good on people, are you saying the thread should just be deleted because 'people will only wear clothes depending on their class/country'? I know of a few people who usd to wear 'chavy' clothes everywhere they went (ie tracksuits), but in a short space of time they suddenly started wearing trendy clothes and getting trendy haircuts instead of the usual shave all over. Also what is your definition of 'long hair'? Yeah like shoulder length or more looks pretty stupid on guys 99% of the time but I keep my hair trimmed to the bottom of my ears, and above the nape of my neck and people tell me it looks fine.
I don't see how that can be. Perhaps you don't feel very comfortable in color, but I'm pretty sure it looks just fine on you!
Probably, but the reality is I hate spending lots of money on clothes, I have a few pairs of Gstar 99 jeans and some other nice looking pairs, but as far as tops go I'm happy with mostly plain black since there isnt a lot of risk of it looking bad.
