Well unless you're talking about long sleeved shirts then I really don't understand what's going on here. I imagine if you're wearing a standard t shirt the sleeves would just go a bit far back than they should, which happens to me often with some shirts. But I really don't get that problem ever, and I get complimented quite often for having a broad shoulders. You must have like football players shoulders or something, because I've never heard of anyone complaining about that before.

Do you have black jeans? I got away with wearing black jeans at the last winter formal dance I went into. I wanted to wear slacks, but unfortunately I had to just use my black jeans and hope to god security didn't catch me. Luckily it worked.
Think I could get away with khaki shorts and a dress shirt because its a semi-formal dance?

I'm really confused about styles overall, mainly becuase everyone around here wear the same shit. I usually wear clean shoes, T-Shirt (Or warmer alternative, depending on season and weather), Jeans and my black leather jacket. I usually want to go for a simple rock-inspired style, but is that way out of fashion? I never ever hear anyone tell anything about my clothing, so it's hard to tell if it's good or bad.
A rock inspired style is nice as long as you don't overdo it.
Are G star graphic tees "Okay' I really like the material and fit. Personally don't give a shirt about being a walking billboard.

I find myself unable to wear non-skinny jeans nowadays. I bought some chinos a few weeks ago and even though they're relatively slim fit I just can't bring myself to wear them because they feel really baggy and I feel like I looks stupid in them.
Also I've given up wearing blue jeans, only black or gray. Is this weird or what?
And one more question, is it acceptable to wear a t-shirt under a sweater like this? Or should I wear like an actual shirt underneath?

i usually wear a regular tee under those, as i don't really have any collared t-shirts. i get a lot of compliments on it so i don't really see any problem.
