A short hair style would suit you well, like a standard cut or something. Nothing over the top though.

I don't like the jacket for one, and all that paired up just looks odd to me when I try to visualize it. The only kind of gloves I'd wear are black leather ones or regular knitted ones or something like that. But only with the right outfit that didn't make me look like some person that lived up in the mountains. That's just the way I see everything together really.
Obviously you aren't a fan of the aviator/pilot look.

I am, but walking out like that in public isn't exactly preferable with the jacket and gloves choice in my opinion.

That's true, but I'm just stating I don't like the way the jacket looks. The fur collar part on it just doesn't match with the rest of it. This is all opinion though, some people may like the jacket some others won't, all I know is that I just don't like the inside of it and the fur part. Even though it's authentic, it's like military boots, just because it's what the actual military uses doesn't mean it's good for public use. You're best off wearing something that was made for public use. But that's just the way I see things.
